This unique event brought together Andrea Tomasini, one of the people behind ORGANIC agility, and Dave Snowden, one of the biggest influences on it. This workshop introduced the ideas and principles of the approach to an invited audience and led them through a simulation that will help them experience them in practice. On the second day, the Masterclass component addressed the theory behind the principles, adding Dave Snowden’s unique touch and insights to Andrea Tomasini’s pragmatic approach.

The training took place in the agile42 Event Space in Berlin on the 13th and 14th of May, 2019.
