This workshop meets all of the learning objectives of the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Program. Note: Not all educators are approved to teach a CAL.

The first 2 workshops of the 3 advanced classes provide a deep dive on the topics of the Foundation class: Leadership & Organization and the third session focusses on: Strategy for Change.
This 3 day (see also our remote offers) non-consecutive practice program provides you with the CAL II Certification. Attending a CAL I workshop is a prerequisite.

Become an ORGANIC agility® Consultant, Trainer or internal Coach
Our workshops and trainings are based on proven methods addressing, drawing from, or relevant to Organizational Culture, Leadership Coaching, Design Thinking, Cynefin, or other consulting approaches.
If you are a consultant, an internal Coach or you are just interested in the science, theories, and patents on which the ORGANIC agility is based, you might not only be interested in learning the content but also teach it. Attending the masterclass is the right way to dig deeper and gain the accreditation to teach ORGANIC agility yourself. Through that deep dive, plus practice and training experience, you can also reach three different accreditation levels, which enable you to teach your own ORGANIC agility classes and certify the attendees.
