During the two-day Foundations workshop, we analyze current market challenges, understand leadership and decision making, highlight value flow and the importance of organizational culture. We dive into the development of resilience as a response to those challenges by introducing the ORGANIC agility principles using an interactive format to help you experience the approach in practice.

It is designed for leaders focusing on operations, team challenges, or product services, management and delivery. We focus on implementation, managing value and work flow, and working with and within your teams. You will be given a solid understanding of your own path and leadership role in creating change in the context of a transparent and coherent strategy and you will be supported in the practical aspects of mapping and optimizing value flow.

In the Strategic Leadership class of the ORGANIC agility learning journey, leaders will be shown the magnitude of their impact on all levels of an organization, how they can make cultural change possible and how to create coherence without resorting to top-down interventions and statements of intent that will only create superficial compliance. Taking place within the confines of your organization, so that it can be based on your own context, this workshop will take the theoretical knowledge of an ORGANIC agility and use it to start working on your business strategy.
