The new ORGANIC Leadership® framework supports Leadership growth as a capability, rather than only seeing it as a personal development of Leaders. This is an important distinction, because growing the capability of leadership within an organization requires building it into the organizational structure and culture.
To grow leadership capabilities we need to start building the ability, in ourselves and others, to see the connections between what we do and the effect that has on our organizational culture, our environment and us as a leader. Becoming a true Strategic Leader will allow you to focus on what matters and equip you to head a resilient organization.
The ORGANIC agility Leadership Journey
ORGANIC agility Leadership® - What attendees say...
During the two-day Foundations workshop, we analyze current market challenges, understand leadership and decision making, highlight value flow and the importance of organizational culture. We dive into the development of resilience as a response to those challenges by introducing the ORGANIC agility principles using an interactive format to help you experience the approach in practice.
Amazing – the best training I have ever had
We’ve worked long and hard to get agile accepted in our organisation; it’s exciting that we are at the stage where our leaders are asking how they can best support agile, and it’s imperative that their trainers get it right. Geoff’s training was spot-on. His interactions with the board were respectful and challenging, and he covered lots of ground whilst adapting to the emerging conversations and context, delivering a highly personalised and engaging day with its fair share of Eureka moments. I have already booked him for our next tranche of leadership training.
The ORGANIC agility Advanced: Leadership Workshop is available as an in-house workshop, where we will work with the specific information and challenges of your organization. It is designed for leaders focusing on operations, team challenges, or product services, management and delivery. We focus on implementation, managing value and work flow, and working with and within your teams. You will be given a solid understanding of your own path and leadership role in creating change in the context of a transparent and coherent strategy and you will be supported in the practical aspects of mapping and optimizing value flow.
In the Advanced Organization Workshop class of the ORGANIC agility learning journey, leaders will be shown the magnitude of their impact on all levels of an organization, how they can make cultural change possible and how to create coherence without resorting to top-down interventions and statements of intent that will only create superficial compliance. Taking place within the confines of your organization, so that it can be based on your own context, this workshop will take the theoretical knowledge of an ORGANIC agility and use it to start working on your business strategy.
sipgate is all about innovation, so the ability to maneuver complex environments is key to us. The ORGANIC agility approach guides our leadership team in the constant efforts to create a more resilient organization by helping us gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of our value chain and focus of effectiveness for the whole.
Become an ORGANIC agility® Consultant, Trainer or internal Coach
Our workshops and trainings are based on proven methods addressing, drawing from, or relevant to Organizational Culture, Leadership Coaching, Design Thinking, Cynefin, or other consulting approaches.
If you are a consultant, an internal Coach or you are just interested in the science, theories, and patents on which the ORGANIC agility is based, you might not only be interested in learning the content but also teach it. Attending the masterclass is the right way to dig deeper and gain the accreditation to teach ORGANIC agility yourself. Through that deep dive, plus practice and training experience, you can also reach three different accreditation levels, which enable you to teach your own ORGANIC agility classes and certify the attendees.
