Day 1: Focus on Leadership

Each day of the ORGANIC Leadership Foundations Class focuses on different aspects. Day one looks at what resilience and agility are, what ORGANIC agility means and how it works as a framework, and on the characteristics of market change and organizational culture. By focusing on the higher-order principles of ORGANIC agility, this workshop addresses the many dimensions of leadership, how changing organizational culture is possible in the real world, and it introduces the Cynefin framework, a way of adapting your decision-making processes to context and communicating this across the organization.

ORGANIC Leadership Foundations

Day 2: Focus on Organization

The first day of the ORGANIC Leadership Foundations could stand on its own, but the second builds on the knowledge acquired before. With a greater awareness of agility, the participants will now dive into the specifics of organizational design from an agile and complex point of view. This workshop will address methods for discovering what value is to your customers and delivering it to them, building a flexible and evolutionary strategy that supports your goals, and optimizing value flow, including incorporating Lean Thinking into your practices.
