The new ORGANIC Leadership® framework supports Leadership growth as a capability, rather than only seeing it as a personal development of Leaders. This is an important distinction, because growing the capability of leadership within an organization requires building it into the organizational structure and culture.
To grow leadership capabilities we need to start building the ability, in ourselves and others, to see the connections between what we do and the effect that has on our organizational culture, our environment and us as a leader. Becoming a true Strategic Leader will allow you to focus on what matters and equip you to head a resilient organization.
The ORGANIC agility Leadership Journey
ORGANIC Leadership Workshops
The ORGANIC agility Leadership Workshops provide perspective, guidance, and many hands on tools and methods for your leadership journey. The ORGANIC Leadership Journey can be an individual path or a joint initiative with your peer leaders.
ORGANIC Leadership Foundations
Day 1: Focus on Leadership
Each day of the ORGANIC Leadership Foundations Class focuses on different aspects. Day one looks at what resilience and agility are, what ORGANIC agility means and how it works as a framework, and on the characteristics of market change and organizational culture. By focusing on the higher-order principles of ORGANIC agility, this workshop addresses the many dimensions of leadership, how changing organizational culture is possible in the real world, and it introduces the Cynefin framework, a way of adapting your decision-making processes to context and communicating this across the organization.
ORGANIC Leadership Foundations
Day 2: Focus on Organization
The first day of the ORGANIC Leadership Foundations could stand on its own, but the second builds on the knowledge acquired before. With a greater awareness of agility, the participants will now dive into the specifics of organizational design from an agile and complex point of view. This workshop will address methods for discovering what value is to your customers and delivering it to them, building a flexible and evolutionary strategy that supports your goals, and optimizing value flow, including incorporating Lean Thinking into your practices.
ORGANIC agility Leadership® - What attendees say...
We’ve worked long and hard to get agile accepted in our organisation; it’s exciting that we are at the stage where our leaders are asking how they can best support agile, and it’s imperative that their trainers get it right. Geoff’s training was spot-on. His interactions with the board were respectful and challenging, and he covered lots of ground whilst adapting to the emerging conversations and context, delivering a highly personalised and engaging day with its fair share of Eureka moments. I have already booked him for our next tranche of leadership training.
Amazing – the best training I have ever had
sipgate is all about innovation, so the ability to maneuver complex environments is key to us. The ORGANIC agility approach guides our leadership team in the constant efforts to create a more resilient organization by helping us gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of our value chain and focus of effectiveness for the whole.

If you are a consultant, an internal Coach or you are just interested in the science, theories, and patents on which the ORGANIC agility is based, you might not only be interested in learning the content but also teach it. Attending the masterclass is the right way to dig deeper and gain the accreditation to teach ORGANIC agility yourself. Through that deep dive, plus practice and training experience, you can also reach three different accreditation levels, which enable you to teach your own ORGANIC agility classes and certify the attendees.
